The charger shall be designed to comply with Product Specification.
It is dangerous that charging with higher curren or   voltage than Product Specification may cause damage to the cell   electrical,mechanical safety performance.

BMS:

Currently we are using EV STANDARD BMS for the battery,it is MCU,relays,pre-charge resistors,hall sensors….Even with CAN BUS communication protocols. Management is more efficient, effectively prolonging the service life of lithium battery.

Lithium battery is like a living body, and its state changes all the time. This change is affected by multiple factors. It is difficult to find a “perfect” mathematical model to represent all its changing characteristics once and for all. In addition, traditional BMS can only calibrate model parameters based on the limited battery sample data in the laboratory before leaving the factory. Once the BMS leaves the factory, these models and parameters will be fixed and cannot accurately match the state changes in the whole process of battery application. The management efficiency can be imagined.
